The Communal Gardens
The
communal gardens, comprising the central green and several
discrete areas of grass, shrubs and flowerbeds around the estate
are a much-valued asset. Over the years the gardens have been
maintained by contracted professional gardeners and residents.
A gardener is contracted, to maintain all the flower
beds and cut the grass. A sit-on mower was purchased
to make the grass cutting quicker and easier therefore leaving
the gardener more time for maintaining the flower beds.
During the summer months the contracted gardener works here
weekly.
