We feel that there are some things that are useful to us as a community but perhaps should not be shared with everybody that accesses the site.  We would like to use this website to help share information about equipment or skills that can be shared among those who live here - details can be found in the Member's Section which is password protected. 

In the same way, some people offer their skills and so a list is provided.  Members can use this to share professional (i.e. paid for) services and offers of voluntary help.  We would not be able to endorse these but, on the other hand, communities often share information about services that they have found useful. You will find a link to a page to do this too, where you can share recommendations after having work done on your home or garden.
